NEW ARTISAN GLUTEN-FREE BAKERY OPENING IN ST. PETERSBURG, FL
Good Morning!!!
Today is Thursday, the 12th day of October 2023! As I sit at the front counter, attempting to figure out our POS system and convincing myself that 'of course I can bake enough breads, cookies and cupcakes to fill the bakery shelves', I find myself also grateful, excited and anxious that I am finally opening the doors of my brick-&-mortar this coming Sunday!!
This would not be happening if it wasn't for YOU!! I am overwhelmed with GRATITUDE!
Sunday, October 15th at 9:00 am doors open & you are cordially invited to celebrate with us at 1942 1st Ave S, St Petersburg, FL 33712.
We are offering small bagel bites with various toppings and cream cheese for you to try.
We will have as many breads, cookies and cupcakes as we can bake for sale along with cups of Paradeco Coffee and a variety of RISHI teas.
Around 10:30 we will bring out mini cupcakes for you to enjoy and celebrate adieu-glu joining the community. Y A Y !!

I haven't finalized my hours exactly, but we will probably begin by being open Thursday through Sunday as we learn the ropes. (Mostly me! I need to learn the ropes LOL)
You'll see a couple new faces behind the counter, so please be patient and understanding as we navigate through new territory.
At first we'll offer what I initially have been offering off my online website but will be adding new items as we go along. It's very important for me to keep the integrity of the breads as they have been while increasing the quantity for demand. This is a learning curve as well for me.
Currently, adieu-glu gluten free breads are being served at Sol St. Pete at 2149 Third Ave S at 22nd St and Lingr at 400 6th St S here in St. Petersburg. Watch out for more locations to come.
